Hello and welcome to our online blog! My name is Jo, and I’m thrilled to introduce you to our new counselling and hypnotherapy site, which hopes to be a valuable resource and support to all those who are navigating their very own mental health landscape right now, no matter what stage they are at.



I hope that no matter how hard it may feel for you at times, that we may be lucky enough to have you let us join you in that journey, and share in both your growth and successes, whilst supporting in any challenges.



Our Mission


At I am I feel Therapy, our mission is to provide compassionate, personalised support to individuals facing a wide range of challenges. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or navigating life changes, we are here to help. Our team is dedicated to offering both online and face-to-face (in person) counselling services across the UK, as well as to international clients.



What We Offer


We understand that everyone’s mental health journey is unique. That’s why we offer a variety of services tailored to meet your specific needs:

  • Individual Counselling: Personalised sessions to explore personal challenges, develop coping strategies, and promote emotional well-being.

  • Family Counselling: Helping families improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger relationships.

  • Marriage Counselling: Supporting couples in enhancing their connection, resolving issues, and fostering a healthy relationship.

  • Specialised Counselling: Addressing specific issues such as LGBTQIA+ support, neurodivergence (ASD, ADHD), PTSD, OCD, grief, stress, and more.

In addition to traditional therapy, we also offer hypnotherapy for issues such as trauma, sleep problems, phobias, chronic pain, and more. This therapeutic technique can be a powerful tool for personal transformation and healing.
